Pictures are required for each concern / issue to obtain limited manufacturer warranty repair consideration. **All limited factory warranty appointments are subject to an "Initial Diagnosis Fee".  This fee is the sole responsibility of the RV owner and will be payable and collected at time of pick up. This includes "No Problem Found" and "User Error" determinations.**
