We bought a new KZ Durango 5th wheel from Referral Auto Group. Ricky our salesperson was on the ball and we had a great experience purchasing. Tony was very informative and also great to deal with. I was impressed with how clean the repair shop is and how organized it was, We had nothing but a horrible experience before when we purchased a trailer at Best Buy in Turlock. Recently my husband and I were referred to this company by our insurance broker Cromwell & Ney Insurance Agency, Inc. located in Escalon Ralph and Megan) ,due to the fact our insurance did not have a shop that handled Trailers (toy Hauler). This company and Hasten were amazing. They treated us with respect and gave us great service. We were kept informed through out the whole process. Hasten dealt with the insurance directly which made it so much easier. This company was honest, respectful and reasonable in cost. We took our fifth wheel for repair. The service department Manager Hasten was very professional and polite. Tony the owner came into the shop to look at the repairs that concerned us. Tony took a video of the wall repair that we needed done. We had it sent to us before we even got home.The service tech James did the repairs for our trailer. He is very knowledgeable, and polite and patient as he explained all repairs to us.What impressed me about this repair shop, was the cleanliness and organization of the facility.

We recently had to replace the referigerator in our RV. It turned out to be a very difficult size to find. Referral Auto Group looked for the unit from a number of different vendors with no luck. The owner of Referral, Tony, kept me informed constantly of how the search was going. He finally found one in New York and had it sent here. As frustrating as it was not being able to find one in stock, Tony finally did. I just wanted to let you know how proud I am of the folks at Referral Auto Group, especially Senior and Paul.
I recently purchased some new Gas Stop propane valves. Because of how they fit on the tank valves, it required me to purchase new hoses with 90 degree ACME nut. I planned to install the new setup on Saturday, so we could use it on our trip starting Sunday (if youre not familiar with the Gas Stop valves, they are supposed to be the safest way to travel with the propane on).
As I started working on the regulator, I removed the old hoses and went to install the new hoses. Problem was that the new hoses had different fittings (1/4 inverted flare vs 1/4 NPT). Heres where the dilemma hit. I went to Ace Hardware, since they have a wide selection of brass fittings. No such luck (they acted like such an adapter doesnt even exist). I went home, looked online and found several adapters. There was even a Camco branded one. Earliest it could be delivered was next day, but thats when I wanted to be wheels up on the road.
I stopped by the dealership, thinking you might have it in stock since there is a Camco part. Ricky didnt think you guys had any, but told me to check with Paul. I went to the Service shop and chatted with Paul. He didnt think you guys had the adapter(s) as well, but checked some old regulators to see if he could find some used ones. No luck there, but by this time Senior walked over. He knew exactly what I was looking for and said, Let me check one other place. He walked over to his tool box and had some squirreled away in a drawer. He gladly gave me two with no strings attached. Im blown away by the excellent customer service I continually receive almost two years after the sale. The fittings were exactly what I needed and I was able to get my regulator put back together with the new hoses/gas valves in time for the trip.

I recently purchased a 2023 Durango Gold 356 from Referral Auto Group. Id been talking to them on phone since November finally drove the 75 miles to look at unit and fell in love with it. I started talking with Paul and Ricky great guys friendly no pressure fun to work with.Finally bought it in April ( had to wait for another one to arrive). When it did get here Tony the owner did the walkthrough with me, theres a lot to learn even though this is my 7th Rv. Of course I didnt remember everything so I call and they walk me through it. Our experience in dealing with Referral Auto Group was nothing but spectacular - from the sales process and salesperson (mostly through text messaging/calls), to the management/ownership and the mechanic/technical staff. When we arrived to pick up our 5th wheel Tony & his staff treated us like family and went out of their way to help us since we had a little trouble with our truck when we arrived! When shopping for new travel trailer/5th wheel I went to a few well known dealers in the area. When shopping and asking questions they didn't have the answers just carried a price list around with them and didn't even know the location of some of their trailers. A friend told me about Referral Auto Group and I found something I was interested in. When I went there Ricky showed me the 5th wheel I was looking for and answered every question in detail. Then Tony came over and introduced himself and also gave me some more info about the 5th wheel. Overall very happy with the experience of the sale with Ricky and Tony. When I went to pick up trailer Paul did the walk through and he explained and went over every working part of the trailer and how use all equipment which was different from my previous trailer. You guys are great and would come back to make another purchase. I will also refer any of my friends or family to Referral Auto Group for a travel trailer purchase. Hi Tony, as you know I did buy a trailer from you and your lovely wife back in Dec of 2020. I have a D283RLT Half ton towable. I have never had buyers remorse for one moment. Your team has alway treated me as family, supper patient teaching me all the do's and don'ts and the how's. when I get to your yard I'm always greeted by my first name, and I usually am only their once a year for inspections. However this years storms played havoc on my trailer at the top, where the cap meets the roof in the bedroom. I called your shop and I was told to come in within a week. it was done on the outside within a week as well. the interior has some water damage and you and your team went to bat for me. you took care of all the red tape and again fixed it within with in a weeks time. You and your entire team are absolutely phenomenal. I tell everyone to go to you if they want a trailer. Thank you to your entire family their at Referral Auto Group inc.
