Limited Factory Warranty Request in Escalon, CA

**Factory warranty office hours are Tuesday - Friday 9am-4pm**

Please fill out form information completely and attach pictures supporting your claim. Please be sure to include any model and serial numbers of affected appliances or electronics if applicable. Pictures are required for each concern / issue to obtain limited manufacturer warranty repair consideration. If more pictures are required than allowed here, please email additional pictures directly to warranty@referralautogroup.com (include last 4 of your VIN# in the subject line).

This request page is for Limited Factory Warranty issues only, for units purchased from Referral Auto Group directly. Referral Auto Group does not offer limited factory warranty work / repairs for any units bought elsewhere. Please consult your selling dealer. **All limited factory warranty appointments are subject to an "Initial Diagnosis Fee".  This fee is the sole responsibility of the RV owner and will be payable and collected at time of pick up. This includes "No Problem Found" and "User Error" determinations.**
