Our Story – From Rock Bottom to Rolling Forward

In 2011, we took a leap of faith. After more than a decade in the mortgage industry — and hitting rock bottom — we sold our truck and trailer, secured an interest-only loan, and opened a small car dealership in Oakdale, California called Referral Auto Group.

Our passion for RVs quickly became our driving force. We began traveling across seven western states to purchase travel trailers, fifth wheels, and motorhomes directly from private sellers — no auctions, no shortcuts — hauling each one back ourselves.

As our client base grew, so did our needs. We moved to Escalon, CA, expanded our lot, introduced our first brand-new RV line (Shasta Phoenix), and began building the RV service center and dedicated team we have today.

When COVID-19 shut down many dealerships, we stayed open. We invested in our inventory, improved our RV repair and maintenance services, and strengthened our relationships — because to us, you’re not just a customer, you’re a client.
